I worked at BBM Canada as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

Non-stressful working environment. Senior management is always thinking of innovation, with improvements to products, processes, and staffing.

Management on a departmental level are approachable. You'll always know where you stand in terms of your work productivity and efficiency.

Rewards are offered to staff who perform well.

    Cons

Not sure how committed they are to having employees grow and advance through the company. They seem to hire a lot of outsiders to fill roles which could probably be staffed from within.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More promotion from within. Part time, and contract staff seem to enjoy working for the company, and would probably jump at the chance to contribute to the company on a permanent basis.

I worked at BBM Canada part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The money is great, the staff are great! Always had incentives for staff.

    Cons

Management puts you under a lot of stress and accountability, even if something is out of your control. Long, late hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize your supervisor staff more often. They get told more about what they do wrong then what they do right. They are under more stress then they need to be just to please you and you don't even recognize it.
