I have been working at BC Partners full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Close to Barney's and Bloomingdales.

    Cons

You will be judged and treated poorly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When some one comes to your tiny office with scrapes and bruised knees because they fell in front of the building, don't tell agencies that they had to apologize to you more than once for being 3 minutes late for an interview and judge them overall. Especially when you are wearing jeans and sloppy sweaters. If you are that judgmental and want people to kiss butt, I'm glad I didn't get the position.
