I have been working at BCI (Basic Commerce & Industries) full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Excellent benefits, in particularly health and 401k
Cons – Very flat structure, not easy to progress.
Advice to Senior Management – Try and encourage movement & career progression

I worked at BCI (Basic Commerce & Industries)
Pros – - Flexible schedule, usually managed by the contracting entity (not by BCI)
Cons – - May be a bit difficult to upgrade in pay if you are a contract consultant, also no benefits for consultant (you need to be an actual employee).
Advice to Senior Management – No advice.
