Pros – Very good place to work if you like to have a balance between work life. Not many opportunities for growth.

Cons – Emerging company. Sometimes it is difficult to predict the direction of the company. A lot depends on you which can be good or bad.

Advice to Senior Management – I would say create clear objective for each employee.
-Streamline operations.
-Create a clear accountability and reporting structure.
-Identify sales goals for senior staff.
