    Pros

Makes you feel satisfied, the fact that you are manufacturing a product to help the humanity; antibodies for research and diagnostic of AIDS and cancer.

    Cons

The salary does not compensate the hard work performed by the employee.

    Advice to Management

They need appraise the hard work, the enthusiasm for the work, the eager to learn new things and the commitment of their employees with the company.

    Pros

Real focus on personal development, people make an effort to be nice and courteous, lots of very smart people

    Cons

not much really, but a few things...lots of corporate speak, unclear ownership models between global and country teams (seems to be in transition)

    Advice to Management

be more involved in product development or empower those teams, don't try to manage product development from a distance.

    Pros

    Company Mission
    Stability
    Benefits/Pension
Exciting times with the Carefusion aquisition

    Cons

    Career stalemate
Long tenured people = less room for upward mobility
Given the tenure, people remember events from years past like they happened yesterday - they don't forget

    Advice to Management

Cross functional/departmental movement will promote engagement
Mid & Upper Management movement will assist with culture, people spend way to much time in the same role thus blocking interest from potential candidates

    Pros

some really good things but overall to political.

    Cons

too political for a person trying to do an honest job, not innovative, too concerned with cost control

    Advice to Management

Please don't reward people who are taking out other employees for their own personal gains, sometimes disguised as "task masters"...appear they are working hard but really working hard for their own personal gain and to step on others in the process.
