Delhi (India)

Current Employee – been working at BDO India full-time for more than a year

ProsI cannot think of any positives.

ConsI would strongly urge anyone who applies to this company to think ten times before joining as the HR at this company is the worst ever that one can find in the corporate world. HR practices are ill defined and the department executives fail to respond to emails or phone calls for several weeks. One strong suggestion for applicants to this company is to avoid the Delhi practice completely and even if in case you end up getting a job here, you may not want to leave your previous employer till the date you actually join this company. The company has a highly unethical practice of withdrawing job offers on frivolous grounds. Also, completely avoid the corporate finance practice as it is the most disappointing division one could ever come across.

Advice to Senior ManagementKindly get your HR practices in place before it is too late.

ProsBDO is a brand & to associate with the brand like bdo will give you better career prospect. Also u can balance ur work n personal life well here.

ConsCompensation is the biggest issue in BDO. Articals as well as employees are under-paid. All the employees of HR department are like sleeping beuties.
