    Interesting projects and clients. Dedicated colleagues who cared about their jobs.

    Cons

    Some room for growth if you were in a thriving center, but difficult to move up in smaller, less funded centers.

    Great, dedicated people. Excellent opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow. Opportunity to help communities excel, improve; and to make a positive effect on people's lives.

    Cons

    Seems to be top heavy management. rapid growth not always managed well. no formal mentoring or professional development program to help younger staff grow in the field.
