Former Employee – worked at BIC
Pros – Good pay, Plenty of ways to learn and better yourself, For the most part, good people, Decent location, Get good experience in the Consumer Products Industry
Cons – Not good advancement opportunities, Work load is not fairly balenced, Takes any product and slaps their name on it and sees if it sticks
Advice to Senior Management – Take a good look at all departments and assess their contribution. Some really contribute while others blow smoke and convince all it’s a beautiful cloud.

Current Employee – been working at BIC
Pros – There are some very good and smart people working at BIC. The new building is nice and they are willing to give you some flexibility and will allow occasional work from home.
Cons – Those smart people are excluded from any position of authority - though they are not excluded from the accountability.
Advice to Senior Management – Most of you should leave to make room for people with a clue. You have smart people working for you but most of your day seems to ben spent stifling them.

Former Employee – worked at BIC full-time
Pros – Brand Name is still strong
Cons – Management is going in the wrong direction - they push employees out that built this company, and put faith in people that have no idea how to run this business. Sales have dropped year after year and they continue to make poor decision with customers and employees on how they can bring back the business.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to what your employees think - you have made continuous decsions that are the reason for the declining sales. I think the CEO needs to jump in and take notice as to what his executive managers are doing.
