Pros
If you are looking for somewhere to get into advertising this isn't a bad place to work. You see banners and other forms of advertising beginning to end. From setting up the artwork, printing out the job, and adding any additional finishing to the order. Also you are pretty free in doing what you want throughout the day. Also, if you are in advertising you need to know how to use a mac and the application suites. This is a good place to get exposure to Macs.
Cons
The chemical exposure is bad.
Since the company is small you end up doing a lot of different jobs.
Advice to Senior Management
Just keep working with the employees, listen to their recommendations.
