BJ's Wholesale Club Reviews
-
Pros
There is very little stress working at this company. The people are generally friendly. It's steady work, and they were pretty flexible with my schedule. Paid vacation hours even for part-time workers.
Cons
Very low pay, and it takes forever for raises to amount to anything. The work is boring and not challenging.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to be happy around employees. It makes a difference when managers are friendly and happy vs. introverted and isolated.
