    Pros

Very flexible with your work schedule, fast environment, and extremely competitive.

    Cons

You're very underpaid for the amount of work that you put into an eight hour day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management knows that FLS' should have a starting pay of more than what it currently is. However, that has to do with corporate, and management does a fantastic job.

    Pros

The management is very understanding of most things. The pay, for a base retail position, isn't terrible. The company tries to help employees, who put forth the effort, grow.

    Cons

A lot of lazy coworkers who called off, showed up late, caused unnecessary drama.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to keep an eye on who you hire.

    Pros

Great work life balance. Allowed great latitude in your work style. Easy to learn. Team members are usually friendly.

    Cons

Hard to complete all required work due to poor prioritization by management. Everything is required to be done "right now".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decide what is important to be done now and what can be scheduled out for later.

    Pros

Compensation is slightly above industry standards.Health plan is self-managed, and company demonstrates willingness to help employees achieve healthier lifestyle.

    Cons

Poor hiring practices over past few years have brought in a large number of unquaified managers. Turnover rate increased dramatically over the past two-to three years, as employee satisfaction was downplayed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take note of the quality of people who have left willingly as a result of bad managers in place now. Long-term staff is a big asset, but newer policies have made it more difficult to retain highly skilled help.
