    Pros

    Strong culture and innovative products in a diverse setting in which the company was spun out of Nortel

    Cons

    Sometimes the commute can be challenging because the company is located on Miission College off of 101 and there is limited access to public transportation

    Pros

    Can do attitude and an inclusive culture with frequent employee events including a family picknick. The company is an innovator in the networking space and it is fun to beat the big guys with innovation and nimbleness

    Cons

    The commute on 101 to Santa Clara can be painful. There is a performance culture so you need to bring your "A" game
