    I have been working at BMO Harris Bank N.A. full-time for less than a year


    Easy company to get to know your coworkers; employee benefits are good.


    Compensation for "low-level" employees is very unfair, especially in comparison to the bankers and other workers in the branch.

    Consider restructuring the compensation plan and salary system for service employees.
