Great place to be an intern! Excellent training, salary and work environment. There are also lots of opportunities to attend events and drive cars!

    Cons

Many people who are hired on are only offered contract jobs and the number of positions open were dwindling at the time that I was hired.

    Pros

benefits heavy, there is a very cool and young culture in the company, and a focus on lateral movement within the company.

    Cons

there seems to be a high level of turnover, and the culture at the retailers is very "boys club" and can be intimidating.

    Advice to Management

continue to share strategy and company results with the employees, because otherwise it seems very hidden and could cause stress and anxiety.

    Pros

    - many unique, interesting projects
    - get to experience all BMW/MINI products in regular drive events
    - great deal of respect and appreciation from management
    - emphasis on work-life balance (manager forced me to leave at 5 PM, though we pulled extra hours when required)
