Pros
Magnificent product and great communication at what is comming up next. Great previews of up-comming models before even magazines and journalists.
Cons
Limited flexibility on some aspects of the information flow. Some issues are not perceived by managers and piers even when obvious.
Advice to Senior Management
Improve middle management communication to piers and subordinates.
