    Pros

    A lot of room for personal growth, as long as you try hard enough. Benefit is among the industry best (as far as I know).

    Cons

    Internal network is essential to get things done, so sometimes it can be frustrating that you are not using your time working on the most important thing, but using time internal networking to make documents and stuff get passed quicker. Huge work load. Clear hierarchy.

    lots of exposure, and lots of new things to learn. Cool cars. Its a big name so that will open some doors in the future.

    Low pay. Hard to get in. and most of the times to move around the company or to start you need to know someone.
