I have been working at BNC Mortgage
Pros – Great comp potential if you can deal with the incompetence of senior management.
Cons – Senior management is disconnected from field actrivities. Little to no communication from corporate to field offices.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop a corporate communication structure.
