- Reasonable working hours

Cons – manager like to talk a lot to make a show, but the result looks poor.

Pros – Good learning environment, where you can cuiqkly intergrate to and prosper professionnaly. The staff are very friendly and work very interesting.
Cons – Not very strong in managing and showing attention to their interns, but if you put some energy and efforts = you would always get possitive return
Advice to Senior Management – can not suggest a lot about that as i was doing only an internship during 3 month period that is too short period to juge

Pros – paris is a cool, bnp has a very good reputation, and it recuits in general very smart colleagues, and many young people
Cons – the salary is not always comparable to other big banks, the bank remais too french within small cercles,not diversified enough
Advice to Senior Management – to be more international and diversified in activities. to develop emerging markets. to compensate smart young people. make the communication more transparent
