I worked at BNP Paribas as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Great team integration, people are very cooperative. Work has international reach, therefore, I was able to learn from different cultures and participate in many different kinds of deals. Negotiations are very interesting.

    Cons

At the time BNP was the world leader in this area, but I do not see it as being key to the bank as a whole. Finance-wise (technical skills) the work is that much challenging, unless you want to push yourself to do something out of the plain-vanilla.
