    Pros

Colleagues were nice, working hours were reasonable, food in canteen was cheap and good, there were a lot of benefits

    Cons

The pay was lower than many of its competitors, employed too many interns with no intention to convert them to full-time staff

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay to attract and retain top talents, make the workplace more international

    Pros

The majority of employees are smart people Training for interns Good HR Compensation is in line with the industry

    Cons

Long hours Bad management (depending on the team though) Absolutely unclear recruitment process after an internship Interns are not really involved in the real projects

    Advice to Management

    More flexibility

    Negative Outlook

I worked at BNP Paribas as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - you learn a lot about the financial world - you learn about big companies internal politics - good training opportunities

    Cons

    - too hierarchical - interns are not well considered - interns do not belong in teams - bad working atmosphere

    Advice to Management

Make the words become facts. You say interns are very important but you do not include them in teams and treat them like they are nothing. If the teams ate together for lunchtime it would be a good start...
