    Lots of area for growth and management generally supportive of it.

    Good American managers, good benefits, large balance sheet

    Cons

    Now hampered by sanctions, hopeless French top managers, compensation will be affected by sanctions, senseless cost cutting

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Many good people have gone because of the Bank's policies and politics. Get them back before the business falls apart. Put an American in the top spot

    Small office, less hours than many of the competing banks

    Cons

    Equities division is overwhelmingly french speaking, very few juniors, juniors pay is much lower than competitors

    Vacation time, health insurance benefits

    Cons

    Recent cost cutting measures most jobs moving out of NYC to somewhere else. Management does not care or unaware of poor morale. All great employees leaving to other firms, no focus on retaining top performers.

    Young, driven team. New equipment. Great location. Free food often.

    Cons

    New manager completely overwhelmed. Fired four people in nine months out of a six person department and encouraged employees to work off-clock to meet impossible deadlines.

    Great people to work with and management provides opportunities for growth. Compensation is competitive great benefits and vacation.

    Conservative but has strong values values. Senior US management interested in organization being a good citizen, focus on giving back to local communities.
