    Many good quality people and interesting work

    Cons

    Ownership and by BNP Paribas and then rebranding has compromised firms identity in UK and created challenge in retaining and winning work from other banks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More focus on leadership and less on management in senior roles is needed to reestablish firms identy and promote growth.

    Pros

    THis company is a great international bank which offers very good salary and benefits as well as good development opportunities for its employees. Nice, challenging working environment where you can learn a lot.

    Cons

    Very French influenced, so a little bit burocratic and political.

    Create a long-term strategy and stick to it, do not change management so quickly

    Pros

    Great people, ahead of many of the other banks in terms of using the latest web technologies in their trading systems. Restaurant good. Nespresso coffee on all floors. Good money.

    Pros

    The people are great to work with and always very helpful. It is an accommodating environment for new joiners. The bank has a huge balance sheet it is willing to use.

    Cons

    The bank suffers from bureaucracy which slows down every element of a deal. Remuneration is very slow to increase and bonuses are non-existent.

    Create the opportunities for staff to move up. There is too much stagnation at middle management levels.

    A friendly and non aggressive environment.
    A place where work life balance is given importance
