BP Reviews
-
Pros
Benefits and compensation above average in the marketplace
For technical functions, there's room to grow and learn.
Best place to be is Houston, TX, as the company is shifting its corporate presence there.Cons
No work-life balance
Constant reorganization and change
The only division that is respected is Exploration and Production. If you're in one of the other divisions, you work in daily fear of downsizing and divestment.Advice to Senior Management
Make a decision about whether to continue in the Retail Marketing business soon. What you have done to a once-successful retail organization is sad and has hurt BP's brand significantly.
