BT Global Services

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at BT full-time for more than 10 years

ProsIf you like to try different jobs, there are many opportunities to work in different roles as long as you are ok with always moving laterally.

ConsVery little career progression, especially if you are not based in the UK. Irrational revenue targets have resulted in poor bonuses the past few years.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook around and see how low the morale is. The cost cutting, unreasonable targets, and reduction in benefits (at least in the US) is driving the good people to seek opportunity elsewhere.
