    Prosgood benefits and work/life balance

Consthe quicker you finish your project, the sooner you will be replaced by foreign contractors and you will be removed from your team or even from the company.

BT seems to me not a place where engineers are treated as family members but tools. avoid this company if you have other choices

Generous vacation policy, In line with Europe in terms of vacation allowance. fixed line services in the UK performance consistency give BT a lot of financial flexibility to enter and grow market precense. Big focus in APAC region.

Conssignificant cost cutting. poor emphasis on customer services. low employee moral. US and Canada is stuggling. losing lots of talent.

BT Americas, ie. Red Headed Step Child

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) El Segundo, CA

ProsGreat place to work, IF you're in the right department...under the right management...and not looking for career growth.

ConsHorrible place to work if you are in the wrong department...no matter what management you fall under. I saw BT let most of it's talented employees walk out the door just so bonuses and annual numbers could be met.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet it together. Be more selective of senior management candidates. Numbers are important but they don't run a business, the employee's do.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
