A good place to get your feet wet.

Shift Leader (Current Employee) Blue Springs, MO

ProsEasy to move up. Free food when you work if you make it to management. Lots of experienced managers to learn from. Get schedule one month in advance. Paid vacation after one year.

ConsLots of weekends. Little incentive once you make it to management. No raises in over three years. Company has been in bankruptcy and closing stores.

Advice to Senior ManagementClean house when needed. Reward those who are actually doing their jobs.

    STAY AWAY!

    General Manager (Current Employee)

    ProsGood experience- learned so much.

ConsNo work/life balance- employees would call up until close, on days off, etc. No training offered. Was thrown in to the position(s). Will fire over phone from different state because DM is 2 states away.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your employees what they deserve. It is hard out there in this world. Includes crew AND management (GM!!!)

It's just a job. Use it to get by. Don't expect much though.

Employee (Current Employee) Blue Springs, MO

ProsPeople are really cool, employees and managers.

    ConsLow pay. Hardly any hours.

Advice to Senior ManagementI would recommend giving more hours to people and hiring less people.

It's a good starter job, or part-time job.

    Crew Member (Current Employee)

ProsIt is a good atmosphere for a beginer job. It can teach you the fundementals of the food service industry, and give you a working knowledge of fast food .

ConsLow pay scale, minimum wage, no raises or incentives unless you move up to a management position, and then the pay in insufficent for the increase in responsibility.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive your good workers raises and get rid of the "seasonal" help, if you could give your good workers more hours and pay, it would be great.
