“An OK place to work.”
Former Employee – worked at Bacon Wilson
Pros – Compensation is competitive within the area. Decent amount of PTO.
Cons – Management tends to pile work on to their better employees while deferring work from their mediocre employees rather than demanding they do more.
Advice to Senior Management – Happy employees are better employees. Take the time to acknowledge a good job and things might run smoother!
