    technological company

Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) Beijing, Beijing (China)

ProsEngineer culture. Encourage engineer to try much new ideas. Salary, bonus, benefit are competitive.

ConsProduct manager don't have much votes. And frankly speaking, engineer culture is getting weaker and weaker. And salary's advantage is gone gradually. To be honest, the company is becoming a much normal(boring) tech company, instead of thriving one.

Advice to Senior ManagementShould try to be more balance between PM and RD. However I know it's very hard to change since engineer culture is sort of like its tradition, already root in its mind.

A technical oriented company offers spacious working room for her employees but is somewhat a bit stingy.

Senior Operation Engineer (Former Employee) Beijing, Beijing (China)

ProsTechnical circumstance, spacious working desk, nice colleague, cheap things in vending machine, as well as her canteens supplying various kinds of dishes.

ConsKPI is evil, meaning that ask for help from other teams is more difficult than do it yourself, because your work is not included in others KPI. Besides, low-level employees are working till late night, lose balance between life and work.

Advice to Senior ManagementCare more about your employees, not only when they will finish the designated work, but their long working hours, their health condition, their complains, etc.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
