I have been working at Baidu full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Most of people I met are very nice and intelligent. Most of them are hard working to do the things at their best and to improve their skills. They hired some world famous or national famous star like Andrew NG. Hope they do better and better.

    Cons

You have to do work which may cost you more than 8 hours for normal people here. When pressed for time, you have to work overtime, which is maybe the normal state for some group.
They have a separate promotion system for developers, product managers and UEs. To be honest, I think there are some problems in the system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the general employee and find out what they are thinking.
