I have been working at Bajaj Infrastructure Development full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Cant really think about one but still would depend on the person completely...as in there is absolutely no work pressure...people are not even bothered if you work or not as long as you are not at the bottom level and you can keep your senior happy in every way you can!!! (i personally cant)

    Cons

Absolutely absurd work culture, no ethics, worst than government job (as in the laid back attitude), no respect for other people, qualified and talented people are extremely underpaid and people who can just do politics and no work are handsomely paid, no proper infrastructure and absolutely no company benefits- You will have to pay for your own coffee or tea. they will expect you to work late and on weekends with absolutely no extra pay, no transportation and will even crib about getting you lunch. And as you might have noticed from the title the company has many names (not divisions just names) so you are always confused cause your appointment letter will say something your salary slip (if you get one that is) will say something else and your bank statement something entirely different. Salary structure is weird with indifferent modes of pay and HR people dont have a clue about what to do when a new employee joins. It would take you ages before you get a seat let alone a computer to work on!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Absolutely nothing!!! have informed them whatever i would in every way!! the response is more less like "be happy that you are getting your salary on time"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
