    Pros

    Fellow employees very easy to get along with and work projects are very diverse. Groups constantly evolve to keep up with competition and look for ways to better accommodate employees.

    Cons

    Time to accomplish tasks can be very long due to many bureaucratic processes and corporate policies. Lack of communication and divisional structure hurts overall company efficiency.

    A central help desk to help better organize discussion in each facility needs to be put in place.

    Great company to work for. Pension plan and good benefits. Pays ave to well. If you put in the work you can move up in the company easily. The bonus plan is good as is the management support for employee development.

    Cons

    Too many changes and re-organizations to run efficiently. Some IT staff have been moved to Malaysia and India via 3rd party support.

    Lots of training made available. Work /Life Balance - flexible hours, remote access from home when ill.

    If there were internal opportunities they weren't offered to everyone. Good old boys/friends click environment, if you're different in any way you won't fit in. Sad

    Consult with everyone and listen to their individual needs. Think outside the box and look for talent outside of
    the friend clicks.
