    Work schedule. It is a 3-4. Long work hours on schedule but a lot of time off.

    Work schedule, have to rotate ends of the week so half the year you work weekends when most others are off.

    Overall not a lot of complaints. Had the opportunity to do what was needed to get the job done without my boss breathing down my throat.

    Cons

    They have gone to matrix organization and that makes it tough to get things done at time because groups don't roll up to same reports and have their own agendas and bonus structures.
