    Pros

Teamwork is encouraged, and new ideas are welcomed.

    Cons

Typical manufacturing environment. Sometimes a lack of process and procedure, meaning, in order to be successful you will have to be skilled in modifying & driving process and procedure.

    Advice to Management

Projects such as kaizen events are developed and implemented, but rarely driven to completion. Advice- do not begin additional kaizen without completely realizing results of past events.

    Pros

Lots of room for growth if you are willing to relocate. Willing to let people take cross product line training classes.

    Cons

The people that get promoted quickly are because they have been one of the chosen ones. Which results in having managers that under qualified and don't know the business they are running.
