    Pros

Training contract very beneficial. Goes a long way once the time to move on comes around. Good exposure to a variety of businesses.

    Cons

Staff retention very poor as a result of not caring for their staff. Overtime and hard work are not rewarded.

    Pros

Financially stable, national firm - now part of decent international network (RSM). Offer full accounting services, bought all of previous RSM Tenon business.

    Cons

regional thinking firm with little national co-ordination, poor training, very conservative leadership and political in extreme. Narrow minded management style.

    Advice to Management

be more entreprenerial in your style and management thinking

    Pros

I enjoyed the craic in the office. Great people to work with ...when there was work to do. Plenty of time sitting around doing nothing when things were quiet.

    Cons

Uneven workload. Unrealistic expectations. Being promised things then having them taken away.

    Advice to Management

People are not commodities. Work is but one element of life, an element that pays the bills. Snide incentives to stay always backfire (e.g. delayed bonus payments)
