Pros

It's a job, it's inside for the most part, I get paid at the end of the month. There are a few OK people.

Cons

Too many hurdles to climb over to perform simple tasks, too many cooks and not enough broth, no benefits unless you're in the top 10%, ineffective management who spend more time worrying about paperwork than getting the job done, restrictive environments, money hungry capital-led ethics, two-facedness, dishonesty and a massive divide between the little people that make things happen and the big people who get rich off it.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a lot of the processes out of how people work and things will actually happen. Spend less time worrying about how things look to other team leaders and focus more on your people before they jump ship for someone like ABF. A review of pay this year would be nice too.
