    Pros

This is basically a young mans game. The mangers are really cool and there is plenty of opportunity for advancement. Fast paced, fun

    Cons

Not to sugar coat it, pretty much a telemarketer making phone calls all day trying to get new business leads.

  2. A shady platform filled with disappointment.

    Pros

Paid Holidays, Uncapped Commission, Flexibly Upon Doing Well, Learning from being on the phones.

    Cons

Micro management is an understatement, Management is unprofessional, bias, and deceiving. Favoritism plays a role as well as discrimination. Management will talk down to you and insult your intelligence. Slim to none training provided unless requested. Base start is low. High expectations for new hires. Difficult sales process and tools for the work to do. IT will alter your work and intervene to disrupt and test you. Difficult to fund deals. Very picky about the type of deals the company can handle. Large ticket sales do not exist. One of the laughing stocks of the commercial finance industry, much business has been lost because of this alone.

    Advice to Management

Become transparent, hire professional managers, fire the micro-managers, provide professional sales training on a monthly basis, offer competitive starting salary, allow for more flexibility with new hires, upgrade software and hardware.

Advice to applicants: turn back now and run as fast and far as you can without looking back, ever.

  3. This is a dialing position, you spend the day on the phone calling campaigns

    Pros

Like the rest of the reviews have stated, it is in a nice location surrounded by other financial firms.
    1. You have the flexibility to basically do your own schedule throughout the day as long as you make all your calls.
    2. As long as you make your calls, it's an ok job for $30,000/yr.
    3. Management and coworkers were friendly and approachable, and they seem somewhat willing to help you out.
    4. Made up of mostly new or young college grads. People there are personable to an extent.
    5. I would recommend it to someone who probably just needs some extra cash until they find something better, but if you got a degree or a higher paying opportunity, jump the ship to the next best thing asap.

    Cons

    1. Just sitting at your desk for the 8 hours cold calling, and god forbid you take a break during their "power hour".
    2. There does not seem to be much room for advancement. Spoke to many people and most of them couldn't recall someone being there long enough to get promoted.
    3. High-turnover rate. Low Commission structure (from what I heard. I was never told the commission rate or structure, which was kind of weird because every time it was brought up, the subject would be changed).
    4. Found some of the team emails to be demoralizing. I recall a couple of them starting off with headlines similar to "If You Don't Make Your Calls, Please Submit Your Resignation" followed by a list of employees who probably fell short of their 100+ calls by like two or ten calls.
    5. Young Management that at times would curse at employees out on the floor instead of speaking with them privately.

    Advice to Management

Management already knows. Look at other reviews.

    Pros

    No Micro Management
Give you time to learn and grow.
Good for a first sales job

    Cons

    Low commission
    Shady Industry
    Shady company ethics

    Advice to Management

Moving people around in new job titles do not fix problems.
Stop playing favorites and discriminating against gender, it was clear there were favorites here.

    Pros

People are easy to work with, lot of flexible to work your own style of sells. The base salary is a very good base.

    Cons

Very difficult to make real money. Most of sales force is straight out of college and are just happy with the base. Not a place to work if you are striving to hit over 60k a year within your first 2 years.

    Pros

strong company growth, positive work environment, nice offices, centrally located in OC near all major freeways, quarterly meetings with good speakers and employee recognition

    Cons

heavy demands on time based on the number of calls you need to make, but it means more money in my pocket because I can close more deals. There are lots of people on the phone in the same work area and it gets loud.

    Advice to Management

Faster promotions from entry-level sales to the higher positions if you prove yourself to keep quality people happy.

    Pros

They offer a base, and the work environment is pretty relaxed. They offer a really good sales training course during orientation.

    Cons

After all the dust on your hiring process settles you realize anyone in sales is literally just telemarketing. You spend your day calling people who are not interested in your company, and know about the companies shady tactics. There is a massive employee turnover rate. Just this month 4 people quit. They expect you to make every single call, even of the call is to a end user that cannot use your service and it would be a waste of resources to help them.

    Advice to Management

Get away from telemarketing. The leads generated by marketing are literally not leads at all, they are just random numbers.

    Pros

It is a good first job in the leasing and equipment financing industry

    Cons

Call campaigns are out-dated. Salary and commission are very slim.

    Advice to Management

Pay your agents better, make an effort to keep your good agents, pay them better

    Pros

Fast-paced and challenging work environment, good support for leads and marketing calls, company is growing and moving into new office space.

    Cons

We need new office space because it can get loud with so many sales divisions on the same floor.
