    Cons

Goverment beuracracy rears its ugly head constantly, unappreciative residents that do not undetstand the business cycle and the various rules under which we operate.

    Pros

You are in a position to assist our soldiers and the families with their living arrangements as they are stationed at different posts throughout their career. You are able to interact with our military families and help with their transition needs. The company offers a benefits package. The job requires some office time and time outside in the neighborhoods. Each day varies which keeps the job interesting.

    Cons

Training is not as in depth as it should. You are required to complete online tests that are mainly about laws and how to properly interact in the workplace. These tests have nothing to do with the actual job that you do, and the training that is provided is basically you follow another team member on their duties, then, you are expected to be able to handle an entire neighborhood after a few days. There are little things to learn like what is acceptable yard decor, pet restrictions, blinds, visitors, etc. that are your responsibility to notate and revisit, if necessary. The job consists of more than just explaining a lease to the service member, but some things would be learned with experience and not necessarily brought up while following the "trainer."

    Advice to Management

Take more in depth time with new employees to explain job description and what the expectation is. Dont just assume the trainer has provided new employee with all necessary knowledge after just a few days. Make it clear what is expected and what area new employee is responsible for. Of course it is a team effort, but allow new employee to gradually work way into the entire neighborhood along with the rest of the team members.

    Pros

Pay, hours, and that's pretty much it.

    Cons

Poor management, unethical practices, hostile work environment.

    Advice to Management

I suggest that management is strongly evaluated, especially when there is a mass exodus of staff from a particular site in a short period of time.

    Pros

Not overly supervised (usually), people interaction is nice as well. Worked well with my schedule (mostly)

    Cons

There were just too many procedures to follow an that made it hard for residents to get something accomplished through the offices.

Very slow at hiring employees which meant that you had to pick up the load of an extra person without really being compensated or shown true appreciation for it.

    Advice to Management

Hire employees faster. If you agree to an employee's desire to change up their schedule several months ahead of time while being reminded of the deadline along the way you should make sure you've prepared that employee's replacement and not expect them to work after the agreed upon deadline.

    Pros

Benefits & the co workers (most of them) the pay was ok and they did give free lunch once a month and a training program that if chosen you can travel to another site

    Cons

management is horrible and treats you like your 5 years old and makes you feel incompetent. Nothing is ever good enough for the company in a whole, you could work until your hands bleed, but they would punish you for making a mistake. They have no issues dwelling on the negative and putting everyone down and they have their priorities so out of line its crazy. They work with the military, but most homes look worse then alot of section 8 homes! Asst. Managers dont know their place and treat you like their personal maids.

    Advice to Management

Be more respectful and caring about the people who actually care about their job and work really hard with a passion for the service members. Budget and bonuses are not everything! To corporate, remember the little people and that you wouldnt have what you have with out them! Dont be so quick to toss them away like trash after working long and hard and loyal to you.
