Cons
Sometimes it is hard to push an idea, administration is very slow with effecting good changes in the system, difficult
Advice to Senior Management
There should be much more coordination between management and the people and everyone should talk more and have more meetings
Pros
The kids! There are also many incredible educators who are currently working to reform policies within the schools and the district at large.
Cons
The facilities are really horrible places to educate children. Much work is needed to repair the AC/heat, doors, and just overall buildings to make it safe for kids and adults.

Cons
HORRIBLE environment, very unsafe, unprofessional coworkers
