Gabriel Krajicek
Former Employee – worked at BancVue Interactive
Pros – They have great culture and open to suggestions. They have meetings often which provided efficient information to employees about anything they needed to know. BancVue has multiple clubs that people could choose to join and they do a lot of donation and charity works that bring people together. They also promote healthy living style so they provide gym membership.
Cons – The cons would be that after I joined into the company, I got emails about people leaving the company every single day. I was curious because it felt like a great place to work and the CEO did quarterly meetings that talked about how great the company is doing. After I got laid off, I understood what was going on.

Former Employee – worked at BancVue Interactive full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Cool people, great clients, good goal
Cons – they have fired their last 3 HR Directors. This tells me that when they have to play by the rules they fire the coach instead of finding a new player. There are several people that they have kept around only because they were there from the beginning providing no real value. If you are not one of the original 20 then you better play the political game
Advice to Senior Management – cut the fat

Current Employee – been working at BancVue Interactive
Pros – Bancvue has tons of opportunities for potential career advancement. All of my coworkers are awesome. The managers are great. And it's fun to work here.
Cons – Unfortunately there seems to be high turnover, and when people leave I feel like we're not given a very good explanation of why. I wish there was a little more transparency in that regard.
Advice to Senior Management – Please encourage more promotion from within, and better explanation when our coworkers choose to leave. Also a little more recognition for all the little guys on the front lines would be nice.
