They will provide assistance to become licensed and pair you with an experienced Financial Advisor before you become a Financial Advisor. They are leniant at first with sales goals but you will receive feedback if you are grossly under producing. Commission payout are competitive.

Cons

Upward mobility is limited because many territories have established advisors. The territories that do become available usually are in lower producing areas. Salaried positions usually pay lower than competitors.

Continue treating the customer as the number one priority and as the bank continues to grow keep the lines of communication opened to the front line employees.
