- Some departments only have employees in their 40's or 50's, with almost no young dynamic employees.
- Poor balance between personal and work life.
- Reputation had a significant decline between 2007-2010.

Advice to Senior Management

- Middle management need to be more proactive and energetic.
- General managers should have middle management of different departments communicating more with each other as overlaping as grown a lot.
