I worked at Banco De Oro full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Competitive salary for JAM
Good company benefits like Bonuses, Sodexo GCs, Gym Membership etc

    Cons

Most people have an attitude. I don't know if it comes with the companies' strict policies or its just the type of environment that they have.
For the Service Management Dept. in IT, they are very very strict and you have to give overtime even if you don't want to. After lending OT, you still need to defend why you need to get the OT Pay/Meal allowance
Work. Work Work. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think you should hire the right people for the job. If you would hire industrial engineers just to audit tickets or make graphs and stats on spreadsheets everyday, you are making the huge mistake. Employees' tasks should not be monotonous and tiring.
