    Pros

    One of the best salaries and benefit packages of the market.

    Cons

    - Political environment focused on internal competition instead or creating value for the company;
    - Too hierarchical; you see one director at maybe every 3 months and with very little opportunity to interact with them; lower positions have no power to take any kind of decisions.
    - Feels like working in the public sector instead of a private company;

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retire and let new blood take over.

    Pros

    Cool environment, benefits, beaultiful place to work, really they had a lot of art pieces, managers was always excited about your work progress.

    Cons

    Low salary, bonuses are not so good. The board was never thinking in promotes comunications between diferents divisions inside the bank

    Training to the staff, work-life balance. If you want that we stay, please pay us a little more and ask us a little more.
