    Pros

    - Great HQ, with convenient transportation and good facilities
    - Great opportunities to relocate within the company, as they have an internal job board
    - A lot of perks such as product discounts, cafeteria, subsidized restaurant, and professional development courses.

    Cons

    - Very short-term driven culture, that fosters financial results and depreciates the relationship the company has with its customers.
    - Politics seem to be an important driver for promotions. Those who perform get promoted too, but it is somehow frustrating seeing low-performing employees with influence climbing.
    - Very low value on its IT team, with lower paychecks.

    Advice to Management

Short-term is important for a publicly traded company, but don't forget to evaluate how that affects the bank reputation and relationship with its customers.
