Pros
You can be there your whole life. It is a company with more than 100 years, so stability seems to be its strenght.
Cons
Small training is provided, you end learning by what you see but not the best way. Rewards are not consistent with your performance.
Advice to Senior Management
If they see potential in a worker, offer more opportunities to grow because best talented workers don't stay a long time in the bank.
