the people are really nice. it is a definitely a family atmosphere in the office. upper management complimented on good performance. good experience.

I was not offered a job due to the bad job market at the current time. other than that, there really was not anything bad about my experience.

keep truckin. hopefully the job market gets better so the company can hire recent graduates.

Senior management is very knowledgeable. Great benefits package. Direct management is usually fair when asking for time off.

Although the pay is comparable to other financial institutions, retail employees should be paid more than what they are. "You are the face of the company." I've heard this 100 times yet still make far less than one can at another company at a desk or clerical position.
The environment at every branch is different. Some I loved and some I absolutely hated. It is very hard to enjoy going to work and not enjoy the folks you work with. Most branches are very
"clique-y"

Become more knowledgeable of operations on the teller and csr side. They rely on you for answers.

A friendly place to work. Seems, like most Banks, turnover is an issue and promotions dont always make sense, Didn't take a bailout. Stock ownership has been good

They let you have off whenever you need to. THe hours are pretty good and the people are easy to get along with .

There is pretty much no room for advancement. All the bank does is hire outside people from other banks to come in and take the managemnet positions.

I would say, that next time there is a job opening in upper management, dont automatically look elsewhere. SOme of the best candidates are already working there.
