    Pros

There is nothing I could consider as positive thing rather than the small salary that came at time. I remained there till I had a chance to find a job outside of banking industry.

    Cons

The direct management was very unprofessional in their relation with me and my colleagues. The targets were impossible to met due economical conditions and the employees were constantly treat that they are gonna be fired.

    Advice to Management

More realistic targets and a better supervising from upper management over branch management to avoid discretionary and inappropriate behavior of branch managers.
