Pros
Amazing benefits for employees like: loans for Car, Apartment.
Insurance.
Depending of the area where you work you may have contact with first hand information about new government and economics strategies.
Cons
The knowledge are is limited. You wouldn`t apply what you have learnt in similar banks
Time in time you may be forced to participate in poitics meetings.

The management should let people to say what they think about the government.
