Good business vision. Chances to enhance career via internal knowledge sharing. Good support from global network. Reasonable salary for experienced employees.

Regional orientation of business. Limited in power delegation. Jobs assigned not logical. Few chances of professional training. Bureaucratic working style.
Advice to Senior Management
Restructuring the organization is required. More delegation to middle management is needed. Job assignment should be made more reasonable. Yearly salary review should be done with outer consultant.
