Great benefits package, weekly one-on-one meetings concerning progress and associate questions, fun and knowledgable staff, and the respect that tellers and bank employees receive is excellent. There is a reason BSB was voted one of the best places to work in Maine.

Cons

The starting pay for BSB is a little lower than other banks are paying, and moving up the ladder is somewhat difficult.
