Pros

Good salary . Well known in job field. Some of its Branch have really good environment for job. I start my job from one of them. But when i took transfer to the main branch i fell i should live the job .

Cons

Work environment was not a standard one. People from main branch was very much un-cooperated. They never help people other then making fun of their faults.

Advice to Senior Management

Do not take decision influence from some unfaithful source . Please do not appoint any low minded people in big responsibility.

Pros

It's a public company with strong growth prospects in Pakistan. Even though the management has little foresight and leadership ability, you can learn the banking from the ground up and then move on to a better place.

Cons

No meritocracy. Age, connections and being a sycophant helps. The place is not conducive to growth and pace of salary growth compared to industry standards is pathetic.

Advice to Senior Management

If you want to be the best organization in the industry, start focusing more on people. People leadership and development through example and training is the best way to go as opposed to political connections and personal gains. Rules and procedures should me more streamlined such a hiring and promotions, instead of leaving it in the hands of half-educated people who suck their position all the way up.
